Terms, privacy and security.

What we collect

Account information you give us: name, work email, company, role and the territory you select.

Service data: sign-in events, pages and records viewed, projects you follow, watchlists and notes, and request logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps). This activity logging is described in Section 8 of the Terms and is used to secure the service and enforce its use restrictions.

Sales inquiries: the details you enter in the Contact sales form.

What we do not collect

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not buy data about you from third parties. We do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send your sign-in PIN and account notices, respond to your requests, and understand which features are used so we can improve them. Your watchlists and notes are private to your account and are never shown to other customers.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect forms. No consent banner is shown because no optional cookies are set.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We disclose data only to the service providers listed on the Security page, under contract, to run the service.

Project data and people

Project records may name individuals who appear in public filings, such as permit applicants or company officers. This information comes from public records. To request removal of personal information, email legal@ntpsignal.com with a link to the record.

Retention

Account data is kept for the life of your subscription and deleted or anonymized within 90 days of termination, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons. Request logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@ntpsignal.com. We respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
