Acceptable Use Policy
Part of the Terms of Use
A plain-language summary of the use restrictions in Section 4 of the Terms. The Terms control if anything here differs.
Permitted use
Use the service for your company’s own internal business evaluation, sales and planning work, within the seats assigned to you. Each person needs their own login and must accept the Terms.
Prohibited use
Copying, exporting, scraping or systematically capturing project data, including screenshots at scale. Providing project data to anyone outside your organization or using it in any product, report or dataset delivered to a third party. Using the data to build or train any database, model or competing product. Sharing credentials or using more seats than assigned. Reverse-engineering sources, scoring or methodology. Publishing benchmarks or accuracy assessments without written consent. Using the data to make decisions about individuals, including any use regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
API use
API access on National and Enterprise plans is rate-limited and keyed per account. Keys may not be shared outside your company. We may throttle or suspend keys that exceed documented limits.
Monitoring and enforcement
Access and activity are logged to secure the service and detect scraping, bulk capture and credential sharing (Terms, Section 8). We may suspend access immediately on suspected breach. On termination you must delete project data in your possession and certify deletion on request (Terms, Section 4.2).
